Returns & Refunds

Policy Duration: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Shipping Returns: To initiate a return, contact support@willnice.net. You are responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
